Outcome
A focused first product
Bring your product idea, customer problem or development brief. We help turn it into a focused application with clear user journeys, connected systems and a reviewable path to release.

Product brief, interaction design and delivery outline
Unagreed features, hosting and third-party subscriptions
Deliverables are selected and agreed during discovery. Your engagement scope defines what is included.
Define users, essential journeys, feature boundaries and acceptance criteria.
Plan the interface, APIs, data model, identity and third-party integrations.
Review working features against agreed milestones and record changes in scope.
Plan testing, deployment, operating documentation and support responsibilities.
These are illustrative use cases to discuss, rather than client results or fixed packages.
Connect onboarding, requests, documents and account activity in one experience.
Design retrieval, useful answers, source context and permission boundaries.
Build focused workflows with appropriate roles, subscriptions or operational reporting.
Clarify the core problem and choose the journeys that matter at launch.
Review interface flows, architecture and integration assumptions.
Deliver in increments with functional checks and human review.
Confirm acceptance, hosting, access, monitoring and handover arrangements.
Choose the product direction, then describe the one journey that matters most.
Preparation is kept in this tab for up to 24 hours after editing, separately for each account and service. It is not saved to an account until you send and successfully save a conversation. Avoid confidential details, passwords and credentials.
An MVP tests a focused user need with a limited first version. An application supports a defined working journey. A wider platform can add roles, integrations and multiple workflows in stages. The right boundary follows the users and evidence.
User journeys, integrations, data migration, security requirements, accessibility, environments and acceptance checks affect effort. Third-party licences, hosting, AI usage and support need separate consideration. Estimates follow reviewed scope.
Agree the devices, keyboard and screen-reader journeys, access boundaries and performance expectations. Design review, functional checks and project-specific evidence should connect to the version the client accepts.
Agree source access, intellectual-property terms, deployment accounts, documentation, recovery guidance and support responsibilities before delivery. Handover should record what was transferred and what remains with each party.

AI can assist delivery. Engineering review, testing and acceptance criteria still form part of the delivery process; the agreed scope defines the checks required.
We assess the systems, API access, documentation and commercial constraints during discovery. An integration is committed only after those dependencies are understood.
They are documented in the engagement terms and approved scope. Hosting, third-party licences, AI usage, intellectual property and support responsibilities should be agreed before the build.
